Driven by market demand, EVEREST EQUIPMENT CO. was obliged to fabricate stainless steel products which posed several new manufacturing challenges not the least of which was product finishing.  However upon partnering with Surfox and incorporating their stainless steel cleaning technologies, we are able to offer equipment that is quality appropriate in fit & finish to our customers.

Surfox is a complete industrial cleaning system for welding and allows to greatly improve my final product, producing more in less time with superior results. Surfox eliminates the use of dangerous pickling paste. Surfox-T is a water-based, biodegradable liquid. Since I have been using Surfox I only had positive feedback from my customers.

Just wanted to shoot you a quick email letting you know our satisfaction with the Surfox mini we recently purchased. This has cut time on all our jobs meaning more production and profit! With our previous process we would soak the welded parts overnight in a chemical solution which is very expensive to maintain as well as unsafe for handling the parts in and out. With our new machine it gives us the capability to clean the weld and ship out the parts same day as we fabricate them.  This equipment and the service you guys provide is top notch.
