Why use anti-spatter solutions?
When small pieces of molten metal fly off the welding arc, the spatter or slag lands on the surfaces around the seams. As it cools and hardens on the surface, it can be difficult to remove when a smooth metal surface is required. Abrasives solutions will then need to be utilized to remove the spatter. However, by leveraging an anti-spatter solution before you begin welding, you can eliminate the time and cost of using abrasives to remove them.
